Event Planner / Day of Coordinator
Tricities, WA
Maddy combines seasoned knowledge and 10 years of customer service, transforming venues and providing your guests with truly unique experiences. She is with you through months of planning and every step of the way to insure the day runs smoothly and your vision comes to life! Through timeline planning, vendor questions, unlimited communication, the day of her goal is to execute everything you have spoken about to perfection.
Since 2023 she has completed over 60 wonderful weddings and is excited to jump into the 2026 season!
Maddy created this business after years of planning her friends and families parties, and she quickly realized her passion for making sure events go off without a hitch! She has a wonderful husband and adorable two year old, who she loves to adventure with in her free time.
Brooke Petty
Day of Coordinator - Yakima, WA
Brooke was born and raised in the small town of Selah WA. Then, a few years ago she bought her forever home in that same small town.Her and Maddy have known each other for years and both grew up in Selah. She is married to an amazing man and they have three beautiful children. She enjoys spending time with her family on their little homestead, cuddling their animals, reading, and gardening. Brooke was a barista for ten plus years, an optometric technician for five years, and she is currently working as an escrow assistant. Showing she is well established in customer service. Hosting and throwing parties has always been a passion for her. She said she like's to think it runs in her blood. Brooke's Gigi was the best at hosting and putting together a fantastic shin-dig. She is looking forward to helping each and every one of our clients make their event the best day every time!
Lindsey Jones
Day of Coordinator Spokane, WA
Born and raised in Spokane, Lindsey enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, their cat, and her close-knit family and friends. When she’s not planning events or baking, she loves playing games, floating down the river, wine tasting with friends and traveling to new places.
With over 15 years of experience in customer service and a passion for creating memorable events, Lindsey’s journey began while living abroad as a teacher, where she planned events for students and their families. Since returning home, she has continued organizing a wide range of events, including weddings, birthdays, baby showers, and holiday dinners.
In addition to event planning, Lindsey ran a baking business in her spare time, specializing in custom cakes for weddings and birthdays, as well as cookies for various occasions. Lindsey is passionate in everything she does and loves to help make couples days run smoothly!
Erika Palmer
Day of Coordinator - Tri-Cities, WA
Erika was born and raised in Yakima, WA - where she met her husband of 15 years.
Together they have built a life in Richland and have 3 beautiful boys!
She enjoys all things extra curricular for her boys, there sports teams, and time with family / friends!
With over 15 years of customer service and 8 years of it being in healthcare, she is passionate, brings a calm presence and a meticulous attention to detail.
Erika assisted our lead coordinators last year with nothing but amazing reviews from vendors and couples.
We are so excited to have her lead weddings for the 2026 season!
