Day of Coordinating
2026 Pricing:
8hrs: $1,200
10hrs: $1,500
12hrs: $2,000 (includes assistant)
•Contract & $400 deposit is due to secure
your date.
•Assistant required for guest counts of 120+
(exclusions for assistant requirements include; hotels as venues or if catering handles all table scapes)
Day of Coordinating includes:
• Building a detailed timeline
• Going over our large questionnaire with our coordinator for a detailed planning experience
•Asking experienced questions for vendors to ensure nothing is missed.
•Unlimited Communication
(this is crucial to understand, we do not just work with you the day of, but for an entire year leading up to your event)
• Rehearsal (1hr)
• Set up of all personal decor
•Greeting / Directing vendors
• Gathering of everyone for photos
•Keeping wedding party on track for time
•Coordinating the wedding party for the ceremony & getting everyone down the aisle
•Stocking/ Re-Stocking all water, snack & dessert stations throughout evening
•Coordinating with DJ on any delays and order of events
• Cake cutting assistance
• Point of contact for any issues
• Help with clean up if contracted hrs allow
Premium Planning Package
$3,000
This package is for someone that does not want to lift a finger.
We handle all the communcation with vendors so you just have one point of contact, get all quotes for you to choose from, ask experienced questions and are with you every step of the way.
Includes:
•10hrs Day of Coordinating.
•All coordinating duties + Assistant
•Multiple Vendor quotes & confirmations
•Four scheduled check-ins
(One year out, 6 months out, 3 months out, & 30 days out)
•Open communication

Content & Raw Footage
$200 if booked w/ day of coordinating and $600 if booked by itself
Includes:
•100+ raw footage short clips
•One minute Highlight video
•Sent over within 24-48hrs of event
Just Set up / Clean up
If you have the entire day handled, organized, and a wonderful human to make sure it runs smoothly and all you need is help with set up or clean up,
we can come in and get the basics done.
Cost will be customized to needs.
